My largest concern is the high license fee for motorhomes in AZ. Is it possible to register the Motorhome in another state such as SD and still have my other vehicles and drivers license in AZ. We are still on the road 7 months of the year and will need a mailbox service someplace.
You could do as you describe here, but you would have to store the MH in SD or hide it in a fully enclosed garage. Otherwise Sheriff Joe would get ya.
You've been given good advice as to what you need to do. Look at my response to your initial post as well as those by JoeGood988, Old-Biscuit, Executive and the others that offered solutions for you.
It's not a big deal to get it done, you just need to decide if it's worth it. We had to renew our SD licenses this year so we took the MH and made a 3 week trip of it. It would have cheaper to fly there and get it done, but the trip was a lot more enjoyable.
Greyghost and others have given you good advice. I just wanted to add that you have less chance of suspicion if all vehicles and insurance are in the same state as your driver's license.
Arizona has snowbird laws, allowing you to live in state for up to seven months a year and even own property as long as you follow a few rules: you can not work for pay, register to vote, have anyone in your household attend school, or take advantage of any state program for residents.
Parking a car with AZ plates next to your RV with SD plates after you come home from your day job will make your neighbors turn you in for fraud. ;)
