I have a Coachmen Freelander 32 BH, 2011 model.I need to replace the Vent Lids but I'm not sure which to order. Size is 14x14 inch. I am attaching pictures.I need to replace 4 vent lids. Please advise...

I will take the advice of changing the seal.Can some one guide me how to change the seal.Do I need any adhesive to put it back in place.
