The power supply isn't necessary. You can by the Winegard amplified wallplate with power supply and putting it in the line from the rooftop antenna and feeding the output to the switch. The wallplate needs a 12v source of power. I did that a few years ago. The mechanical switches still work fine and I tossed the power cord for the switch because the wall plate handles that job.
Magnedyne offers a video selector switch with power on Amazon that looks amazingly similar to the Winegard switch:
