Why bother? MB won't sell the Westfalia in the US and they won't allow the US and Canadian manufactures of Class B's to cut the roof without voiding the warranty.
Same with a 4x4 upfit.
As of now, the Sprinter is the king when it comes to vehicle length and carrying/tow capacity, but I can see Ford Nuggets (upfitted Transit vans with very high roofs) coming to our shores. I'd love this to be the case, since the high roof can mean another usable bed.
