You can check on this, but I think the carbon monoxide detectors are best mounted at waist height or below. I have heard it moves from the floor up, so the lower the detector, the sooner it is detected. We have 2 and one is right at the floor, and the other is waist high.
Great job, but I totally agree about the CO detectors - they need to be lower please!
