View year and towing
Opinion on buying a 8 or 9 year old View or equivalent needed. Like to hear from anyone with a View or equivalent that is towing. What model motorhome and what are you towing? Thanks Nick

The 08 View is on an 07 Sprinter, which was the first 6 cylinder. However, Winnebago did not upgrade their frame extensions, which are rated at 3,500 pounds. Their 09 models, on 08 Sprinters, are rated to tow 5k. Some other manufacturers may have 08's with 5k tow capacity. Check carefully. Salesmen often don't have a clue.
