Vinyl Headliner Shrinkage

My 1989 28' Southwind is experiencing shrinkage of ceilings/walls coverings from trapped heat. It's pulled loose from edge fastening and can't be adjusted.

Is there anyone who has found a way to fix or repair?

Any suggestions would be greatly appreciated.
