You have to know the weight of your RV all loaded up as you would travel....preferably at each tire location, but at least per axle. If you don't know that, you don't know what inflation pressure you SHOULD be at based on your tires capabilities. You have to look at "110 PSI to carry the load stated on the tires." What is the weight on your tires compared to that, and what load will those tires carry at 90 PSI? The Mfg should have tables giving inflation pressures and load capacities at those pressures.
Also, never exceed the pressure the wheel can handle.
