I had flo-thru TPMS for years and never had any problem inflating my tires. I also used the balancing beads so they automatically compensated for any imbalance caused by TPMS sensors, mud, etc.
The biggest problem with going with a different brand tire is that there may be a difference in the tire diameter. You rear duals should all be very close to the same diameter. Perhaps you could move a tire from the front to the rear to keep them equal and then put a new tire on the front.
