We had a 2006 Sprinter LTV. No way it could carry two scooters. A trailer would be required.
Don't just look at the shower. Get in it, close the curtain and act like you are taking a shower. That is why we no longer have our B. DW didn't like the curtain sticking to her while taking a shower. Sit on the toilet, close the door and see if you have enough room to take care of business.
Make sure she is happy without any type of vanity to prep herself in the morning or before going out for the evening.
Have the two of you move around in it as if you are doing something. Have the DW stand at the galley as if she is cooking. How far does she have to move to let you pass?
I thoroughly enjoyed ours, she didn't. Fortunately a friend fell in love with it and took it off our hands. Now I'm waiting for a well maintained Safari Trek to become available.
The one thing we did like about the Travato is the shower, and the price.
