Warrantee on a used MH?

In my 4 purchases of used rigs 2 fives 2 dps. I had simular experiences at 4 different dealers. When we decided on what we wanted we did a thorough walk thru and listed anything and everything we felt needed attention. Tire age battery age rattles Squeaks leaks Handel's missing in short everything. (Even full fuel and propane) The dealer(s) agreed to fix the things on list as part of the WRITTEN sales agreement. Deposit was made things fixed an inspected, deal closed. Remember until you hand over the cash you have control and the worst they can say is no. In both my dp transactions I had to have repairs made after we took possession, neither was a problem. One was two new front tires to adress a vibration problem. In the second a month after purchase I was not happy with the house Batts. Sent an email to the sales manager told him Batts were older then claimed, offered to buy and install them. No problem 4 new 6 volts, mailed receipt,check in a week.
Everything is negotiable.
