Water heater will not restart

I have an atwood 6 gallon water heater in my motor home that has the electronic start from inside the coach. It will start fine and will heat the first tank to "completion" and then when it is time to heat new water or reheat the water in the tank that has dropped below desired temperature, it will not re-ignite. I have done all the burner "blow-outs" and checked for bad connections. Any suggestions on what part is bad?

    Have you just watched it and listened. Is there a spark that does not light? Is there a click where the gas is switched on? Is there plenty of gas available for your stove, etc?
    Listening and watching what is going on with the water heater itself will lead you in the direction to make the repairs.

    I have listened to the initial start-up and it sounds good. I have not listened for the restart because it is hard to know when it will try to fire up again?

    Turn it ON
    After it has heated up and flame shuts off, open a faucet hot side then walk outside open compartment door and watch....won't take long for it to re-fire due to loss of hot water and new cold water coming in.
