Water heater will not restart

I have an atwood 6 gallon water heater in my motor home that has the electronic start from inside the coach. It will start fine and will heat the first tank to "completion" and then when it is time to heat new water or reheat the water in the tank that has dropped below desired temperature, it will not re-ignite. I have done all the burner "blow-outs" and checked for bad connections. Any suggestions on what part is bad?

    Just to be sure, when it has cooled down, does it attempt to relight but you get no flame (just the clicking of the electronic ignition spark) or does it just sit there doing nothing?

    You should have 2 button type thermostats. One is a safety to open if it gets too hot. The other is the regular on off stat to control the day to day operation. Change both stats, mine came in a package with both states in it.

    If it were my heater my first thought would be that the heaters thermostat is bad.
