Water leak only when connected and using city water..

When I hook up to city water and open the city faucet, I have a good leak from my water compartment. No leak when filling or using from my water tank, only when using city water. I have not ...

Are these separate connections. Maybe the receptacle needs a new washer. If not, You may need to run your line from the connection to the entry point to see where the leak is.
