Water leak only when connected and using city water..

When I hook up to city water and open the city faucet, I have a good leak from my water compartment. No leak when filling or using from my water tank, only when using city water. I have not ...

On my coach the water pump will allow blow-by water into my fresh water tank if city pressure is high. But the over-full drain for the fresh tank is on the other side of the coach. If your leak is in your water bay then I would suspect something is loose or needs new gasket. Possible the water hose is loose inside the water bay?
