- hughesjm21ExplorerSounds like your recirc valve used to set pressure is too far open. Not sure what your pump has, but mine has a set screw to set shutoff head and a set screw to set system pressure.

- xctravelerExplorerIf he can shoot water across the street there is adequate flow from the tank to the pump.
If I were going to try air pressure at about 40 psi max, l would apply the pressure to a faucet with the pump disconnected and try to clear it back to the pump rather than driving it further into the system.
I must admit it siounds like a problem I had where a filter disintegrated and blocked up all my inline filters and screens. I even had to replace the T valve under the sink that enables the spray hose. Symptoms are very much the same.
