Please help have a problem with water tank on motorhome.When i put in water it blows back out blows out where you put it in

Thanks so much for the assistance. I think we found the problem. Must have been filling it too fast and it was not exactly level so the system was giving a false reading. Moved the unit to another location and right now water level shows full....these learning experiences....lol. THANKS again for all of the assistance.
