We had an '02 Georgetown 325, bought in 2010 sold in 2014. We bought it from the original owners who had done just under 12,000 miles in 8 years. After four years' ownership and another 6000 miles, we sold it and quit the lifestyle.
It was an "OK" rig. Build quality was just a tad above mediocre, particularly the electrical system and internal structure. Ride quality wasn't very good, but that was Ford's fault, not Forest River's. We had several expensive-to-fix issues, mainly with installed components from other suppliers.
I'm no longer in the RV hobby, so buying another one isn't in the cards, but if it were, I don't think it would be a Georgetown.
