When I owned my norcold I thought it was suppose to be 3 degrees front to back max or I wasted a lot of time:B

Actually you typically want better than 3 degrees, but for an overnight stop I really don't care to much.

I'll take a stab at things...but I'm not an expert.

1. Weight distribution is important, but it's not a hard-and-fast, pass or fail sort of thing. You want sufficient weight on the front axle to have good steering control, and don't want any axle to be overloaded, and want the weight to be as close to balanced side-to-side as possible.

2. Tire PSI is rather important, or more precisely underinflation can be pretty dangerous. It's also fairly important for good tire life to ensure that both tires in a dually pair are at the same pressure (and hence have the same diameter). Different people do have different things they do or do not do for tire care, but the typical basics are maintaining proper/sufficient pressure when driving, avoiding parking on edges or such that the tire is only partly supported, and protecting them from undue exposure to UV light and excessive moisture. Tires are not like fine china that breaks if you look at it cross-eyed.

3. Leveling when stored isn't all that important. Being pretty nearly level when operating an absorption fridge while stationary is rather important for the longevity of the fridge, but the tolerances are more along the lines of "basically pretty level" rather than "laboratory-grade exactly level". If it feels level inside and the cabinet doors don't all swing to the same position and the eggs being fried stay in the middle of the frypan, you're okay. This is not really a concern with a compressor fridge ("residential fridge"), and does not apply when the fridge is not in use. For a residential fridge, you pretty much just need to keep the side with the tires pointing towards the ground.

It probably would be for the best to avoid an extremely off-level storage spot. That is, I wouldn't want to keep my RV parked where the left side is a foot higher than the right or something like that.

If you want to set PSI the correct way you should have the coach weighed, if not four corners then at least the 2 axle weights, check your tire manufacturer's recommended psi for the weights.

MH tires should be covered when not in use to prevent uv damage. Some take the weight off in winter, I don't. The more you use a tire the more the oils and chemicals keep them in good shape, lack of use and UV damage are usually the culprits to tires going bad.

Levelling has 2 purposes; one is comfort. The other reason may depend on your slide outs and what your manufacturer recommends. Some require you to be level before you deploy the slides, some say to level afterwards, check with them. As far as damage to appliances not being level, that's really not an issue anymore.

FYI, I was, I am, and always will be a JEEP guy, Jeep is running deeply into my blood, a truly an AMWERICAN pride of engineering, regardless what you do, it keeps running, running and running, older the better, sorry guys, but I got to throw this in.

Some people believe the strangest things. I cant imagine what harm touching your tires with your hand could do.

As far as tires go, I give them all a thorough inspection for any visual signs of tread separation or nails, screws etc., then I make sure they are all properly inflated before I leave each destination. Also I keep them covered while in storage to limit the amount of sun exposure and avoid premature dry rotting.

Leveling is more a comfort issue than anything else. I prefer to be as level as possible but there's no such thing as 100%. The refrigerator is the only appliance that's sensitive to being level. If you can cook your eggs in the morning without them falling out of one side of the skillet, your good to go for some ! Some prefer the head of their bed higher so they adjust their trailer accordingly, as I was told by one camper.

As far as weight distribution, a larger motorhome would have a heavy enough chassis to handle the average stuff a person hauls around, no matter where it's stored. A small motorhome, may need some consideration as to the proper weight distribution.

Jeep is made around the world: Italy, Brazil, India, and soon China. Don't hold on too tight. lol
