Mr Mark, we're in good health so far. I grew up in northern Louisiana and have lived in northern California most of my life. The humidity didn't bother me when I was a kid but it sure does now when I go back to visit. If we come back to California, we prefer northern California because of the cooler weather and redwood trees, although San Diego is great. But a condo in California and maybe a home in North Carolina might work and could be within our budget. But lots of possibilities.
