There are some nice campgrounds right off the Interstate - KOA in Ashland Kentucky, Beech Fork in Huntington, WV & Kanawha State Park in Charleston, WV.
There is a rest stop in Hurricane, WV on I64 between Huntington and Charleston that has a dump station if you overnighted at a Wally/Cracker Barrel.
