It has been 40 years since I have traveled that section of roads, but if memory serves me right it is all 2 lane road and a lot of it is sharp corners and s curves. I would tackle it in out 33 footer with our toad, but anything much larger is going to make for slow going and I would not try it in anything bigger than a 40 footer even without a toad.
Your best source if information is to call 307-344-2117 to get road information and to get the limitations of vehicle length inside the park, and they will be able to give you the Wyoming Dept of Transportation for the other road information and length restrictions.
