I own the 36' gas model just above yours (Adventurer) and I've had very little trouble with mine and I bought it new in 2004. I've had 3 recalls on mine. #1. Bosch caliper recall (Brakes) #2. A fuel line clip that holds the fuel line to the frame. #3. A dashboard cluster switch. My coach listed $123,000.00 brand new and has been very dependable over the years. It has been from Washington State to Arizona, and back 5 times with no problems. Sounds like a good deal to me! All 3 recalls are free of charge to you if they haven't been fixed. Hope this helps you!
