Ok need your all’s help againNeed to caulk this area. I have a bunch of Dicor lap sealant is that ok to use here?I think I would rather use something clear though. Also what to use to clean prior to caulking.

We have a Tiffin they told me to use any high quality silicone I used clear I caulked similar seams last year so far so good.I cleaned with soap and water the wiped area with alchohol,also before caulking tape of seams with blue painters tape makes for a nice uniform job. good luck Rick

Yep, blue tape it, then use the clear Proflex, smooth it out, and remove the tape.

I prefer a clear urethane caulk over anything with silicone in it. The tape does work well to keep a straight line as well as enable you to push it in to the joint for good adhesion.

Proflex or sikaflex.Do not use any kind of uv stable silicone ****. Proflex or sikaflex... Nothing else.

Yep, blue tape it, then use the clear Proflex, smooth it out, and remove the tape.
