Of course, just an opinion from one who only pays cash., present coach is 12 yr old, paid $200,000 36' 1 slide, 112k miles, no issues in 6 yrs, so I sleep well.

The OP could get a very nice coach for $200,000 and it won't be low quality. Most Monaco's (Signature's, Executive's and Dynasty's) in the 2006-2009 range will be in that price range. The bath and a half might be the hardest thing to fill on the list.
These above coaches would have listed for $450,000-$750,000.
