Ivylog....Please detail all of the components on the new Dynasty that are the same as those on your Dynasty, other than a Cummins engine, Allison transmission and a decal that says Monaco. Your coach was built on a proprietary chassis (Roadmaster) that defined the difference between a Monaco and other coaches.
ASM bought the intellectual rights, threw away the chassis plans and built a Fleetwood product on a Freightliner chassis. Navistar was more closely aligned to the old Monaco than ASM will ever be. They're hoping to sell coaches by using the old Monaco name, not design. The only good thing Navistar and ASM have done is to keep the parts department open.
Monaco did nice paint work and I think the paint on my Monaco is better than my new Dutch Star, but Country Coach paint was far superior.
