I purchased my last class A from a private party who only put about 3K miles on the MH. This very young couple did not have a clue how anything operated. Fortunately, they had the owner's manual and all the information on all the appliances, etc. The MH had hidden issues of which even they were not aware and did not surface until I owned the unit for a few months. It was not a case of dishonesty as it was a true lack of knowledge.
