Many things based on quality of material being used in the coach. Price has nothing to do with it, except cheap material normally means a cheaper price.
Fast and dirty way is to look at the cabinet work. If the frames are not solid wood and especially if the doors aren't, then you're in an entry level unit. Quality material will last longer and take much more abuse over the years.
