For SD only DirecTV you can use ANY antenna from a simple antenna on a stick you point yourself (cheap) to a roof mounted automatic (very expensive). There is no 1 antenna that's required. Every antenna DirecTV ever made will work with your receiver since you only need to be able to locate the 101 satellite to receive all of the SD broadcasts.
I fully understand what works with DirecTV. I'm looking for first hand info on what others are using and why it works for them. Chuck
