I suspect most people would go to a laundromat to do laundry if the campground and their RV didn't have the facilities; that's what I would do.
There are some simple manual clothes washers available, for one example this one.
For the dirty clothes bag, maybe you can find a cabinet or outside storage compartment to toss it in. Possibly a different sort of bag would be more convenient than what you have that seemingly is set up to hang. I use a simple nylon drawstring bag--actually the storage bag from an old tent that wore out. A tent bag is not the most convenient shape for a laundry bag, however.
