Friday. But nobody seems to work on a Holliday. I'll be right back on the phone
At 8:00 A.M. tomorrow. I will NOT go away until justice is done.
I feel sorry for anybody getting caught up with any trucking company. Now retired but I've worked for several big and many small trucking company's. The big boys have a "stable" of attorneys and don't pay until they absolutely have to. The Mom and Pops would try for a quick settlement and of course on the very low side of what actual damages were. You might have to get an attorney on your side. Sad as that seems, you might be able to make more progress with one on your side. Just a thought. - Kayteg1Explorer II

Good luck tomorrow. I think the insurance would pay for hotel, but the weekend is over. - et2Explorer

You need professional advice. Call your insurance for help. Not knowing what type of lot you're in - the police might be forced sooner than later to deal with you, even if they rather not.
They could have you towed at your expense and fine you as well. Moving this along is something you need help with. Again, the other guy is in the drivers seat and even though they hit you, it's your responsibility to deal with your property. - johnggExplorerI hounded the trucking company and their insurance all day

Had it long enough to do that. I barely had it 1 day when this happened.
A buddy was trying to get me to drive It off without any insurance when I bought it. But SMART people get legal before they drive. I just didn't have the money for full coverage. But it's legal! - johnggExplorerLas time I checked, I couldn't get good Sam on an older RV. I really haven't

Read post above eT. I was going to be a full timer.
The coach is a 79. So a scratch would total it.this guy took the peak in the back wall, and flattens it. If this was a wood
Structure it would have been scattered across the parking lot.
He shoved it over 2 feet. That's an
Impact.

Is this / was this MH your only home at this time? I hate to tell you but the other guy and the company they work for probably is going to take their time dealing with this. Your best bet is to see if your insurance can help move it ahead in some way if you don't have a lawyer to help you. If you don't have collision on your policy your insurance can only help perhaps against the other guy.
But if I were you I would call that insurance company and tell them you need a place stay ( if you do) and reimbursed for expenses. After researching your other posts your MH might have gotten $9000 give or take a little if purchasing on the market.
If your just sitting and waiting not doing anything. It's going to be a long wait and the local police might have you towed. - down_homeExplorer IIDo you have Good Sams or Coach Net?
They will tow it and our policy provided for motel and so forth.
Read your policy first and contact the phone number on the card or policy.
They found a place for us Missouri to repair our coach. We had to pay a deductible because it was not Camping World. Wasn't a Camping World anywhere around.
At that time it was not Good Sams but CW Care flawless seamless coverage. Even got the factory to have made the part we needed.
Took two weeks but they and Fleetwood, then, were simply outstanding and gracious.
