Cost new was a little over one million in 2000. There is no rust as it is always kept in a climate controlled garage. The very few plastic items are like new having had little to no exposure to the sun. This coach is top of the line luxury so the use of plastic is very minimal. High end materials only. No ultra leather, only real leather that is in perfect shape. The interior fixtures and furniture in this coach are more like a high end residential apartment instead of what you are used to seeing in an RV.
