I think the biggest downside it that it's set up to sleep 6. Depending on how this was done it could be a significant detractor to the wider buying market. To get top $$$ it might be worth while to consider the cost of conversion back to a more traditional Prevost layout.
It also may be well worthwhile to upgrade the basic electronics such as the TV's, VCR, and etc. The existing surround sound may be just fine...I know our 2000 era Bose is fine.
All the other older stuff can be explained away but not so easy on the electronics. Old tires, no problem as any buyer would just drop their offer by 10K to compensate.
