Here's some extras and features to think about, some of which our Class C came with and some which I wish ours had come with. These are not "fancy over the top" items - just items that make Class C camping more comfortable, more reliable, and more flexible during all seasons, in all locations, and in all weather conditions that you may either plan for, or get surprized with ... whether it be with full hookup camping or drycamping:
1) Pay extra for OEM or dealer installed additional battery capacity.
2) Pay extra for automatric (electric) entrance steps for the coach.
3) Pay extra for insulated tanks or electric heating pads on them.
4) Pay extra for a full size spare tire and wheel.
5) Pay extra for OEM (not dealer) installed solar roof panels.
6) Pay extra for double pane windows.
7) Pay extra for a larger capacity air conditioner.
8) Pay extra for a larger capacity propane furnace.
9) Pay extra for a multi-stage charger/converter.
10) Pay extra for a two-speed propane furnace.
11) Pay extra for a tank flushing system.
12) Pay extra for a fully equipped galley - i.e. three or four propane burners in the stove top and a propane oven underneath - in addition to a microwave or combination microwave/convection oven ... IF and ONLY IF you also include a regular propane oven as a backup to a the convection oven.
13) Pay extra for an undersink fresh water filtration system in the galley.
14) Pay extra for at least one 3-speed, reversable roof fan - preferrabley two of them at opposite ends of the coach.
15) Pay extra for OEM installed or dealer installed vent covers on all roof vents.
16) Pay extra for all LED lighting throughout the coach.
17) Pay extra for a built-in black water tank flushing system.
18) Pay extra for a black water macerator system ONLY IF it can be gotten along with, for backup, the standard 3 inch flexible hose dumping system.
19) Pay extra, if required, for a built-in generator that is powered by the same fuel and is coming from the same tank ... as the main engine's fuel.
