I just had this happen on my 2006 Chevy based Tioga. What a PIA but thanks to Bobbo, I down loaded the PDF and managed to get ahold of Ryder.

Who in turn hooked me up with Velvac to get the right part #. Which I have now for both sides, in case it happens again.

Ryder has the best price @ $150 plus shipping.

HERE It is if anyone has one like mine.
