I'm currently documenting my warranty experience with my dealer McClain's, so compare my issues/time in the shop with yours to get an idea of what I consider a good experience. I' d say up to a week is reasonable unless it is a major, major issue--in which case, maybe you should get the lawyers involved! Good luck. Mike www.era70x.com
