I'm not going to bash any dealer or mfg unless I have ALL the facts. Otherwise you're simply blowing smoke! Your Pelazzo is a known issue maker. Ask 93Motorcraft or search his posts...:S. That said, if your coach is in for an oil change, I'd say an hour or so. However, if it's in for a slide repair, under warranty, several months is the norm. Often any dealer is at someone else's mercy for warranty work. The mfg has to schedule and send out an inspector, then his report has to be reviewed by another group of "professionals" and it then has to be approved. Once approval is made then the rig has to be disassembled and parts ordered. Rare is the dealer that stocks parts. Now you're at the mercy of the delivery company. Several weeks is easily taken for major parts. Assuming the correct parts are received, your rig can now be scheduled to be taken into the shop to be repaired. Depending on the complexity of the repairs, it may take several weeks or longer.
