Thor will overnight parts for coach down issues. The earlier Palazzo motorhomes have had more than their share of problems but if you work directly with Thor they are responsive. If you can post a list of your issues we may be able to make a better guess as to a reasonable repair time. If you call Thor and tell them your coach has been down for 2.5 months they will get right on it.
