When we are parked, a 5 cu. ft. 120 volt freezer. The DW stocks it with a lot of good stuff before we leave home. - CA_TravelerExplorer IIIProgressive Industries Power Protector which has saved me big bucks in equipment replacement
But most of my projects qualify:
Automatically sat dish
Storage locker slide out
Wilson cell amp
Battery monitor
Second power cord and outlets
Basic LED lights
And the latest: 750W of solar
And the most enjoyable: Flagpole Buddy - Gives me very deep satisfaction to see the American Flag flying above my rig. :) - GW_RiderExplorerFolding cup holder beside my recliner.

What did you use? How do you charge it?
It will be interesting to see if the Tesla Powerwall 7kwh unit can be adapted to RV use.
Battery: Balqon 15kwh/1250amp 12v
Charging:
Solar: (4)-255w panels in series = 140v into Midnight Solar Classic 200 MPPT controller. Full sun = 67+ charging amps.
Inverters: (2)-Magnum MS2800. Set to charge at 180amp/hr
Alternator: 300 amp/hr regulated by a Balmar MC-614 programable voltage regulator. Set to charge at 180amp/hr. - dubdub07Explorer

Tough to call a Class A a "camper"
Of course no one who as responded so far has a Class A...thought I was in the wrong forum.
I am with you, sir.
Best thing I bought for the coach was a roll of the shiny insulation to put in the windshield to keep the super bright sun out! Keeps the A/Cs from working so hard and just feels cooler. - wildmanbakerExplorerTheir are so many its hard to pick just 2. Suspension mods, headers, 14 CF ref., electronic level indicator, solar panels and controller, memory foam mattress, and HD LED TVs.

A barbecue that hooks up directly to the propane system. No more packing an extra 20 lb. bottle around.
I was planning to do that when I bought my coach but it came with an electric grill. I was very skeptical but decided to give it a whirl before tossing it and was very pleasantly surprised with how well it worked. It might not be suitable for a big crowd like for tailgate parties but has done well with cooking for the people in my rig. Just an alternative suggestion for people who don't want to deal with propane.
If I had to pick an item that I purchased it would be a toss up between the magnitic knife rack I stuck on the wall by the stove (actually 2 for extra holding power) to keep sharp knives handy and the triple soap, shampoo and cream rinse dispenser I put in the shower to cut down on loose items in there.
