Trickle chargers like that generally are wired to the chassis ( engine) battery to maintain its charge for starting, nothing more. And that size won't even do that. 5watts maybe 10 and to be of any use you need at least 80 by my research. My Winnie came with one 3 times the size of the one on your AC shroud and it's useless also.
