That makes it a pre-owned (ok USED) 45’ DP with slides enough to give us room but also allows space to move around and use the coach when the slides are in! I know that is what we want and have never questioned the wisdom of it! There is something to be said for blind faith right?
This does not really work in most Coach's today - Opposing slides in bedroom will mean you will need to crawl over the bed to get to the rear. This is not really critical because other than accessing the refrigerator your need to access everything while on the highway is not something that you will find you need. (JMHO)
The reason for my questions is I want to know I’m buying a coach that has a reputation for excellence or as close to excellence as is reasonable possible. I’m able to buy pretty much whatever I want but my wants do not require me to pay money I don’t need to spend. Or have "glitz like the Ritz" to be happy.
Because the Coach is the sum of many parts - most are the same in all coaches - the only critical issue is the choice of parts (manufacturer) - and the fact that Newmar is your choice, makes it easy -Mountain - Aire, is fine and as you go up the ladder they cost more and they have more glitz but are just on similar or not the same number of extras. First you need to find the FLOORPLAN that works for You and DW! once you get there you just make sure it has what you need and negotiate the price. Getting the right Coach is the mission the price will be a negotiating issue more than anything, but the Coach that has or fits all your needs is the mission.
If you would like to talk just PM your phone and a good time and I'll try to accommodate the time, I'm in Colorado with family so ....
