Use ONLY what Winnebago recommends for that edge seal - it is a critical seal for that roof.
Dicor self leveling lap sealant is fine for any of the stuff on the roof that penetrates through the level part of the roof.
Inspect your roof regularly, I wouldn't buy anything until you need it, it all has a shelf life as stated. Here is a video on how to inspect the critical edge seal. Winnebago Roof Cove Maintenance and below is a cross section of that seal.
