First read the FAQ's at the top of the Class B home page.
A View, and Rialta are both Class C's. Classes/Types are determined solely by chassis type, not weight, or size.
A Rialta could be the biggest money pit that you could buy. Very, hard to find parts, and few people are willing to work on them, and those that are usually aren't cheap. A weak drive train, and the other things I mentioned hopefully is enough to scare you away, but if not, go to the Class C forum there are some owners there.
Very few Class B's will sleep 4 adults, a tent would be the only alternative for most of the major brands.
