WOW, that is scary close. He was probably 24 inches into the shoulder AND your tires were on the white line. Do you always drive that close to the shoulder or was it just a fluke at the moment?

He said his 'driver side' tires were on or slightly over the white line which puts him on the far left side of the lane. There had to be at least 5 ft. between his RV and the Patrol car (in a general sense) as we don't know the exact position of the LEO car.
