Yes, if 2 batts in parallel you need to bridge the 2 positive terminals. Any battery shop can make you the cable for a few bucks. I always take lots of pics before I do anything to my RV. If you are in a pinch you can simply disconnect one battery and run on one until you get it sorted out, but this sounds like a quick and easy fix. My question would be - what did you do with the other cable? Did you lose it, connect it somewhere incorrectly?
