+ 10 on that. Look closely at the grill in the picture. It appears to be stained or rusting, a sure sign that it was in water.

Nothing in Florida for the immediate future should be considered as a 'deal', no matter what the price is.

That will be the 3 valve, they've been out since mid-2005 as 2006 models.

I wouldn't automatically discount everything in Florida, not everywhere got hammered.

Either way, seems a bit high for a 9 year old gasser, although it is a nice piece.

Take a close look at the grill........... Tell me what you see? Not seaweed but not normal use either.....

That's the 1st thing that came to mind when I saw the OP's posting.
Unless they can Guarantee you that it was absolutely not affected by the calamities, I'd want to physically inspect it.
