As said, it's normal to have a little bit of difference. I think I've only seen a couple people post that they had their gauge and TPMS spot on on the same. They obviously had better gauges than I buy.
I haven't bought a TPMS yet, but was thinking about it. The gauges I do have can be off by as much as 10 pounds between the three of them. I bought one of those devices that lets you equalize the pressure in the duals, and the gauge on that seems to me the worst. So I don't trust it at all, but since it connects the two tires together, I at least know the pressure is the same in both.
