What we have to consider with any gauge the accuracy is variable as a percentage of the quantity being measured in addition to a few points off zero to start.
I have a TST system and they claim an accuracy of +/- .73 PSI for their sensors. That's pretty tight but I don't own a gauge accurate enough to verify nor do I operate a vehicle made to break land speed records on the salt flats. Between the sensors, my low budget stick and digital gauges and the dial gauge on my air hose I usually get a pound or so variance at the 85 PSI I inflate. That is acceptable for me as long as the readings are consistent for the operating and environmental conditions. If my morning temps are where they are suppose to be but after a few hours on the road the pressures haven't changed then I start to get a bit concerned. Bad sensor or slow leak?
