Don't discount gas motors, cheaper to fix, if they have low mileage and kept up service they will get the job done, many have gone upwards of 200,000 miles on gas motors..
I sold a 2002 Flair with 42,000 miles about 8 months ago for under $20,000 and it ran like new and the new owner contacts me still today and he has had no issues and has been to California twice with it.
