The Radiator shop in my area are building their own Alu Rad, they say they use thicker aluminum industrial type tube and head, but they are pricey. Don't know what to do yet.
I got a good quote from CGj radiator, $1200 to recore plus $600 to remove/install, but I have to go there, it is in Alabama. They say they also are using better and thicker aluminum than original, apparantly Specialties Radiator where using too thin of material as original maker, they might have change with time.
